Due to the influence of COVID-19, this meeting has been extended from November 27th (Friday) to December 25th (Friday), and has been changed to be held online.

Details of the presentation method are described below, so please check it before responding.
oral presentations
Presentation Method
For oral presentations, you will be asked to create presentation materials using PowerPoint with audio and submit them converted to video files.
The submitted video file will be distributed on demand during the exhibition period so that participants can watch it freely.
Questions from participants will be accepted for a limited time from the question form on the site.
It is not necessary to answer all the questions, but if you can post the answers on the website, please respond within the period.
- We will inform you later about the period for which you will accept questions and how to answer them.
- Please refer to the attached document for audio recording to PowerPoint and conversion to video file.
- There is no limit to the number of PowerPoint slides, but the presentation time should be about 8 minutes.
- Please enter the file name as 【 "Presentation number"_"Main presenter name" 】.
- On the first page of the slide, please enter presentation number, title, main presenter name / affiliation, and co-star name(s) / affiliation(s).
Please refer to the attached document for the presentation number. - On the second page of the slide, please refer to the meeting website and disclose the COI.

poster presentations
Presentation Method
For poster presentations, you will be asked to create presentation materials using PowerPoint and submit them in PDF format.
The submitted PDF file will be distributed on demand during the exhibition period so that participants can watch it freely.

How to make a poster
- Please make the poster size within 1 sheet as A0 version, or 20 sheets or less as 16:9 slides (Including presentation number, title, main presenter name / affiliation, and co-star name(s) / affiliation(s) on the first sheet, and COI disclosure on the second sheet).
Template is available for the A0 version. - Based on the detailed rules of The Japanese Society for AIDS Research, you will be asked to present the status of COI. For details, please refer to the meeting website.

How to convert PowerPoint to PDF file
- Select the "File" button on the upper left > "Export" > "Create a PDF / XPS document", and save the file name as【 "Presentation number"_"Main presenter name".pdf 】.
